J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc is strictly a retail facility. Our company only sells items new and unused to the general public. J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc does not open, inspect or test any items we sell before shipping to any customer.
Please be aware and understand that certain moveable parts used in Paintball markers are not not generally covered under any warranty terms. It is to be understood that these parts by nature of their activity wear out and need replacement. The examples of these items are limited to: o rings, springs, valve seats, cup seals, etc.
Please note that any installation of any aftermarket parts or any unauthorized alterations, airsmithing or modifications to your Paintball maker will void any and or all warranties from manufactures including those warranty terms set forth by J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc.
Furthermore, our company will not provide refunds, returns or store credits for any Paintball marker that has been modified, tampered with, etc. Do not take apart any paintball marker beyond what the manufacturer's recommendation instructional guide tells you to do.
You should contact the manufacturer for warranty information, repairs or services even though J.R.T Outdoor Outfitters, Inc has an authorized airsmithing facility.

Any and all paintballs sold through our online store carry no warranty. There are no terms or conditions for replacing or refunding paintballs purchased. All paintballs that are sold through the online store come from our manufacture distributors. Most of our paint is fresh and less than two weeks old.
We meet the highest industry standards possible for our paintballs sold.
The reason our company has no warranty issued for the replacement or refund of paintballs purchased, is due to the fact we have no control over the paintballs once they leave the warehouse or distributors facility. Paintballs are very sensitive to temperature changes and handling issues. Extreme care must be used at all times when transporting, storing or handling paintballs.
