I was shown how to operate and handle the above paintball gun correctly. I was also shown the safety features of the above paintball gun by the retailer. The retailer reminded me to always assume this paintball gun, any gun for that matter, is loaded unless, I the owner of the paintball gun look inside the chamber to see no round is present in the gun. I affirm and agree to never leave this paintball gun in reach or easy access of a minor under the age of 18.1 will read all safety manuals and will store this paintball gun in a safe manner in a safe place. If I have any safety questions or equipment malfunction questions, I will call the retailer for further information, service.

I am NOT buying this paintball gun with the intention of hurting myself, animals or another person.
