J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc will provide customers with the lowest possible prices on paintball game supplies and tactical gear. We check our local competitors prices often to make sure we provide everyone with the lowest possible prices for our welcomed customers. Please take the time to read our terms and policies outlined below.
You must be 18 years of age to purchase paintball guns. An adult signature is required on all deliveries of paintball guns.
You must be 21 years of age to purchase any pyrotechnic devices we sell on our online store. A $25.00 US hazardous materials fee will be charge to each order containing explosives. Adult signature required for delivery.
A $25.00 US HazMat fee plus regular shipping will be added.
J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc. reserves the right to change any and all prices listed on the online store.
J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc. accepts a wide variety of payment methods. Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Diners Club International, Pay-Pal, Money Orders, Personal Checks, Business Checks and C.O.D.s will be accepted. Select which method payment you would like to use and call Customer Service for verification purposes. Please note address verification is required for proper delivery of supplies. If the shipping address does not match the customer's record, or the billing address, we will not ship the merchandise. Unless the verification transaction has been met by all parties, the shipping of goods will be void and cancel.
Any customer buying paintball game supplies or pyrotechnic supplies from J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc. should check with your state and local authorities about transportation or using the products sold on our online store prior to the transaction.
We are not responsible for any criminal behavior any customer involves them selves into with our products.
This policy is strictly enforced in all situations.

Please note, J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc, will not accept returns or provide refunds for the items purchased, unless the customer, "you must contact us for a R.A. Number". Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must meet the following conditions:
A) All products returned must be in their original new condition and unused. Original means that the paintball guns have had no CO2 shot thru them. You can not test a gun and then return it to us. Our airsmiths can tell whether it has been fired or not.
B) All items associated with that product must be returned also. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed material that came with the product. Do not remove any stickers from the products that you order from us. Warning tabs and others.
C) You must include a copy of the invoice you received with your order.
D) The customer is responsible for all or any returned shipping costs sent back to us.
E) Remember to write your return authorization number outside on the box. "A MUST"
F) There are absolutely no returns ten days after from receiving your order.
Processing After Returns ...
A) After receiving your authorized return, J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc, will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure that the conditions set forth above are meet.
B) If you return item(s) not meeting the conditions set forth above, J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc, will return the item to you at your cost. Including all shipping charges.
C) If all the conditions are met, J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc, will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus any applicable return fees. The refund will be issued by a corporate check number. Please allow at least a week after your return has been inspected.
D) J.R.T. Outdoor Outfitters, Inc, will not refund you for merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer. Very important!
